Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DartNet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DartNet.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

Games & Points

• Points earned from games, tasks, referrals, and the spin wheel are virtual rewards tied to your DartNet account.
• Points have no inherent monetary value unless explicitly stated in active campaign rewards.
• DartNet reserves the right to adjust point values, game rewards, and campaign terms at any time.
• Automated gameplay, bots, scripts, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain unfair points will result in account suspension.

Campaign Rewards

• Campaign rewards (e.g., $100 Run For Life, $50 Snake Evolve, monthly game campaigns) are subject to availability and specific terms.
• Monthly campaigns reset on the 1st of each month. Once claimed, a campaign cannot be claimed again until the next month.
• Champion campaigns (Run For Life, Snake Evolve) are one-time rewards with limited slots.
• DartNet reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any campaign without prior notice.
• Reward distribution timelines may vary. DartNet is not liable for delays.

Referral Program

• You may earn bonus points by referring new users to DartNet using your unique referral code.
• Self-referrals or fake referral accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards.
• DartNet reserves the right to modify referral rewards at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of DartNet.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or circumvent bans.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Share or sell your account to another person.

Account Termination

DartNet reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination:

• All accumulated points and rewards may be forfeited.
• You will lose access to your account and data.
• DartNet is not obligated to provide reasons for termination in cases of clear abuse.

Limitation of Liability

DartNet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of points due to technical issues, server downtime, or bugs.
• Interruptions or changes to any game, campaign, or feature.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DartNet after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
